Jackie Wydra

Lead Aerial Split Silks Instructor and Hammock Flow Instructor

Jackie has been practicing aerial silks for 7 years and teaching them for 3. She completed her aerial instructor course through the New England Center for Circus Arts and just recently became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She loves introducing new students to the joy of being in the air as well as teaching healthy, foundational movement patterns on the ground. Although split silks are her first aerial love, she also enjoys teaching aerial hammock (sling), and practicing flying trapeze and dance trapeze. When her feet are on the ground, Jackie enjoys working part-time as a veterinary assistant at a holistic veterinary practice, the occasional horseback ride, and spending time with her husband and pets: a fun-loving border collie mix named Florence and grumpy, old cockatiel named Phoenix.

Sheila Rogers

Sheila loves to share what yoga offers as it enhances one’s personal abilities, peace of mind, and most of all … life. RYT500, she completed her 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training 2021 and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. She hopes that the beautiful space you make on your mat is taken out to your family, community, and our world; remembering to always treat yourself and others with kindness, love and compassion.

Abbi Arsenault

Abbi has been taking aerial yoga classes at the studio for about 4 years and teaching for almost 2 years. She finds a lot of joy in helping people work on their mobility and pushing people to do what they think they can’t. When she’s not at the studio she’s either working at her factory job or working on one of her million side hobbies and spending time with her husband and cats.
