Pricing, Rewards Programs, and Studio Policies
To ensure we have the enough space, and can provide the attention each student deserves, we require preregistration for all of our kids programs unless the class specifically lists that DROP INS are ok.
We encourage preregistration for our adult programs, but are happy to have you drop in when you are available to join us any time!
*Please note, any adult classes which have no sign ups 1 hour prior to the start of class will be cancelled. Cancellations will be posted on both the studio Facebook page as well as on the Mindbody schedule online. To ensure an adult class will run i need at least 1 student signed in online, or simply call or text the studio line to let me know you are coming. Thank you*
Private and semi private classes available for kids, adults, and families. Please call or email for special pricing.
We are happy to offer programs for: Day Care centers, Sports teams, Preschools, Elementary, Middle, and High schools. Please call or email for details and pricing.
*Adult class passes must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date. Class passes may be used for any regularly scheduled adult class on the calendar. Not applicable toward any Kids or Adult and Child class, or workshop, without permission from studio owner.
*Monthly auto pay passes may be canceled at any time via phone call to the studio or email to the studio owner at DucksinaRowYoga@gmail.com. 30 day notice required to cancel auto payment option. Monthly auto pay will be charged on the calendar day closest to your original date of enrollment, excluding Sundays or bank holidays.
*Missed Kids Class Policy. We understand that things can come up last minute to prevent you from attending the program you have signed up for, but we also do need to ensure we have enough registrations to run our children and family class programs. We are happy to allow you to make up any missed class from any session within 6 months of the program you had originally registered for. We are also happy to have you use a "make up" class instead by inviting a friend to class for free for one day during your regularly registered program session. I am also happy to forgive the first "no show" and refund your class pass voucher back into your account. However, to ensure we minimum registration to run a class, we do regretfully have to stand by our policy of needing 3 hours notice of cancellation. After this window of time you will be marked as a Late Cancel and be charged 1 visit from multi class pass.

*Weather Policy: While we will do everything in our power to hold classes as scheduled throughout the year, sometimes its just not safe to drive during the winter months. For the safety of our staff and our students families we will observe school weather closings, early releases, as days that the regularly scheduled program may be canceled. Students will be notified via email and text when programs are canceled due to in-climate weather. We will do everything in our power to schedule a make up class when this occurs, or we will offer to pro-rate any future session registration to make up for any missed classes in this case.
