Intro to Aerial Yoga

Hatha Yoga

60 - 90 minute class

This class welcomes adults and teens, over the age of 13 years old. This is an adult paced class. We will spend time in each pose to slowly breathe and focus, and allow your body to reach the fullest expression of the form. Variations offered for beginners and experienced students alike.


Vinyasa Yoga

60 - 75 minute class

This class welcomes adults and teens, over the age of 13 years old. This is an adult paced class. This all levels vigorous flow class will focus on connecting breath with movement. Variations will be offered for each pose to ensure both the beginner and experienced student will reach their own full expression of each form in a safe supported environment. 


Lunar yoga

75 minute class

This class welcomes adults and teens, over the age of 13 years old, of all ability levels.This class welcomes adults and teens, over the age of 13 years old, of all ability levels. This adult paced class is specifically designed to target and help relieve stress and anxiety. This class will focus on asanas which engage your lunar energies which have a cooling and calming effect on the body and the mind. In an effort to trigger your parasympathetic nervous system, inviting the body to rest and relax. Complimentary pranayama and mudra use will be introduced into our practice as well. You will be led through a gentle warm up, followed by poses specifically chosen to help calm the body and the mind.
